Harmony Australasia invites applications for a Human Resources Manager at CSA Mine in NSW.
Based onsite with an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane or Sydney, you will lead site HR, implement workforce plans, and manage industrial relations, payroll compliance, and recruitment for a 500+ workforce of employees and contractors.
You will partner with the site GM and unions to optimise workforce strategies, drive wellbeing, and ensure WHS and Fair Work Act compliance while fostering an inclusive,
