PARTS INTERPRETER - INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT$85K-$90K + SUPER + 17.5% ANNUAL LEAVE LOADINGBrisbane | Full-Time Permanent Position | Industrial Aftermarket PartsTHE OPPORTUNITYJoin a well-established global industrial engineering organisation supplying specialised equipment, replacement parts and aftermarket support across a range of demanding commercial and industrial sectors.The business is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to support internal teams and external customers from its Brisbane operation.This is a customer-facing role responsible for identifying parts, preparing quotations, processing orders and coordinating supply and delivery.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal technical teams to ensure parts requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.YOUR ROLEYou will manage customer parts enquiries from initial identification and quotation through to ordering, invoicing and delivery.Identify replacement parts using electronic catalogues, technical documents and supplier resourcesRespond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in personPrepare accurate parts and service-related quotationsProcess sales orders from quotation through to invoicingCoordinate purchasing, freight and delivery requirementsMonitor backorders and provide customers with regular updatesMaintain accurate customer, pricing, sales and order informationLiaise with suppliers,
