Key responsibilitiesManage multiple large-scale events simultaneously, each at different stages of planning and productionDevelop and manage complete event timelines, critical paths and production schedulesCreate detailed event plans, run sheets, floor plans, schedules and operational documentsCoordinate venues and maintain communication with venue managementPlan event layouts, competition areas, warm-up areas, merchandise, registration, awards and other operational spacesCoordinate production requirements including staging, audio visual, lighting, equipment, signage and event infrastructureManage suppliers, contractors and external service providers; obtain quotes, coordinate bookings and monitor expenditure against budgetsIdentify staffing requirements, recruit and coordinate casual/event staff, create staff allocations and detailed event rostersCommunicate event information, call times, responsibilities and expectations to staff; coordinate staff travel and accommodationLead staff briefings, manage the event team onsite,
