We work with wholesale stockists across Australia and New Zealand, as well as direct retail customers through our online store.We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and hands‐on Marketing, Content & eCommerce Executive to take ownership of Ikecho's day‐to‐day marketing.This is a varied role for someone who loves creating beautiful product‐focused content, but also understands that excellent marketing should build brand awareness, grow engagement, drive website traffic and contribute to sales.You will work across content, social media, eCommerce, email marketing, website activity and campaigns.
We are looking for someone who can create and execute marketing activity, understand the results, and bring forward ideas about what we should do next.This is not an entry‐level or internship role.About the RolePlan and create engaging social media content aligned with the Ikecho brand and marketing calendarCreate short‐form video, product imagery, lifestyle content and other digital assets for use across marketing channelsTake and edit in‐house product and lifestyle photography, including retouching, resizing and colour adjustmentsDevelop content ideas, captions, product storytelling and campaign messagingBuild and manage the marketing calendar around launches, promotions and key selling periodsCreate weekly retail and wholesale email marketing campaignsManage eCommerce content including new products, imagery, descriptions, banners, collections and online merchandisingCreate content for paid advertising and work with our external digital partnersReview marketing performance and use insights to improve engagement, brand awareness, website traffic and salesLiaise with external partners on website improvements, SEO,



creative projects and marketing activityAssist with catalogues, trade advertising, influencers, media, launches, trade fairs and other brand activityMaintain organised marketing assets and ensure brand presentation remains consistent across channelsAbout youWe are looking for someone who combines strong marketing capability with the confidence and creative skills to make content themselves.You understand that great content has a job to do.
It should build the brand, grow the audience, create demand and ultimately contribute to business growth.You will bring:Minimum 2 years' hands‐on experience in marketing, content, social media, eCommerce or a related roleStrong experience creating content for a brand or businessConfidence filming and editing short‐form videoA strong eye for product photography, styling and brand presentationExperience taking and editing product imageryExperience working with eCommerce websites and product contentExperience creating email marketing campaignsStrong copywriting skills across social, product and campaign contentConfidence reviewing marketing results and using data to guide future activityStrong organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesA proactive approach and confidence bringing forward new ideasAbility to work independently and take ownership of day‐to‐day marketingFull Australian working rightsAvailability to work from our Sydney CBD officeA qualification in marketing, communications or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, retail or another product‐led brand would be an advantage.Experience with eCommerce platforms, email marketing software, social media management tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing, analytics, SEO and product photography will also be highly regarded.Full‐time positionSydney CBD office‐basedImmediate start available, with flexibility for the right candidate's notice period
