Moto Arena Gold Coast is seeking a highly motivated Motorcycle Sales Consultant to join our team, specializing in Ducati, Husqvarna & BSA.
This key position involves providing customers with the complete buying experience for their recent and used motorcycles.
You will work with two prestigious brands in our new, state-of-the-art showroom, offering excellent income potential and a 5-day work week that includes Saturdays.
Key responsibilities
Provide customers with the complete buying experience for new and used motorcycles
Confidently manage all phone, walk-in, and internet inquiries to achieve maximum results
Demonstrate exceptional personal presentation and professionalism
Maintain high standards and attention to detail
Share enthusiasm and confidence with customers
About you
Must have a motorcycle licence
Experience as a motorcycle rider/owner and enthusiast
Honest and reliable work ethic
High standards in customer service and care
Ability to work a 5-day week that includes Saturdays (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
Ability to confidently manage all phone, walk-in, and internet inquiries
Willing to learn and listen as training will be provided
A passion for motorcycles and knowledge of various brands is preferred but not essential
