Builds will be in close proximity within new housing estates, where you will be managing on site construction for Investor Homes with no client contact.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have excellent tenure with previous employers, proven ability to manage 15+ individual new home builds simultaneously, and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.The RoleKey Responsibilities,



Qualifications & ExperienceDaily Site Management from commencement to hand overAbility to read and work off detailed plansEnsure homes are made of quality standards and within timely mannerLiaise and co-ordinate supplies and materialsEnsure on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies and proceduresHigh level communicator, organised & attention to detailMinimum of 3+ years Supervisory experience with a Project Home BuilderCurrent QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders LicenseTrade qualified, Carpentry preferredYou will be provided with a generous base salary, fully maintained vehicle + fuel + super.In closing, our client is well known for offering continuing career growth opportunities.
