Senior Associate - Mergers, Acquisitions & CommercialThe PositionDue to significant growth, our expert Mergers Acquisitions & Commercial (MAC) team are looking to recruit a star Senior Associate to join their close-knit and successful team.Some of the work the team currently undertakes includes non-standard property transactions i.e., development management agreements, JV agreements, project delivery assignments, capital raising for start-ups, IP, shareholder agreements, M&A; private scale, corporate structuring advice, shopping centre deals.Reporting to the Divisional Partner who's also a Director of the Firm, the position is based in our recent state-of-the-art Sydney CBD office and offers enormous potential for personal and professional growth, and access to an abundance of support and expertise within our organisation.Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will have:4- 6 years' legal experience PQEProperty and leasing experienceStrong research and analysis skills with an ability to apply critical thinkingDedication to providing excellence in client servicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills and flexible approachCapacity to be self-managed and be self-motivatedIdeally from a reputable firm or notable boutiqueBenefits and CultureOur mission is to protect and empower both clients and employees.
