The Director of Learning and Teaching is a key educational leader responsible for driving excellence in learning and teaching across the College. Working in partnership with the Deputy Principal Operations, Leadership Team and Domain Leaders, the Director leads the implementation of the College's vision for learning through evidence-informed curriculum, pedagogy and instructional best-practice. The role builds staff capability, leads whole-school improvement initiatives and fosters a culture of high expectations, innovation and continuous improvement to maximise student learning outcomes.
