Eden Brae Homes is one of NSW's leading residential home builders, with a long-standing reputation for quality, customer service and professionalism.With our brand-new display centre opening in the Southwest Sydney area, we are looking for an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team and represent the Eden Brae brand in this growing market.This is an opportunity for someone who loves sales, enjoys building genuine relationships with customers and wants to take ownership of the complete new-home sales journey.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting one of our award-winning display centres.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the display home, you will engage with prospective home buyers, guide them through the new home building journey, and deliver the exceptional customer experience that Eden Brae Homes is known for.In this role you will:Generate and nurture new sales opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with prospective home buyersUnderstand customer's needs,



land and budget requirementsPrepare recent-home quotes and propose sitingsWork with customers on home design solutionsManage your sales pipeline and follow-up activity via our CRM system (Salesforce)Negotiate and close dealsProvide a professional handover to our administration team once the sale is securedMaintain our high level of customer experienceWho are we looking for?
We're looking for a confident sales professional who can demonstrate:Proven track record of sales successStrong relationship building, communication and negotiation skillsA genuine interest in the residential building industryStrong organisation, administration skills and attention to detailConfidence using CRM systems, digital tools and preparing detailed quotationsA positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work within established systems and processesExperience within new-home sales, residential building or an understanding of housing codes and local DCP requirements is highly regarded, however we also welcome applicants with strong sales capability and the right attitude from a range of industries.A current driver's licence is also required.What we offer:Generous commission structure with strong earning potentialThe opportunity to represent an established, award-winning NSW builderA brand new display centre in the Southwest Sydney areaA supportive Regional Sales Manager and operational teamThis is a weekend based role, with two rostered days off during the week.We look forward to hearing from you!
