Rearing Manager / Broiler Manager — New Poultry Facility, WangarattaA new poultry facility outside Wangaratta is being developed in stages, starting at around 50,000 birds and scaling to 200,000 and we're looking for a Rearing Manager / Broiler Manager to take genuine ownership of the operation as it grows.
This is a rare chance to shape how a farm is run from an early stage, rather than stepping into an established set-up.The RoleYou'll be hands-on in the sheds every day, monitoring the birds and taking full responsibility for welfare, biosecurity, safety and flock performance.
