We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and experienced Senior Designer to join our close-knit team.Primary Scope of ResponsibilitiesMeeting clients and interpreting design briefsConcept design for client presentation including form, structure, and finishesCreating 3D concept renders with EnscapePreparing technical documentation packages with RevitSecondary Scope of ResponsibilitiesCollaboration on design projects with team membersLeading and assisting the design team throughout projectsCrosschecking team members' documentation packagesLiaising with clients, shopfitters, architects, retail design managers, engineers, certifiers, contractors,



and suppliersEssential Skill RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Commercial Interior Design or Interior ArchitectureA minimum of 5 years industry experience in the commercial design fieldAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and EnscapeComprehensive understanding of sound design principles and techniquesA flair for design and concept developmentAn extensive portfolio of past worksExcellent communication, negotiation, and people managementDrive, motivation, and energy!
