Faith Lutheran College is seeking a passionate, innovative and student-centred educator to join our Middle and Senior School teaching team as anAgriculture Teacher.

Our Agriculture program is highly valued within the College and provides students with practical, hands-on learning experiences while developing their understanding of contemporary agricultural practices, sustainability and emerging industry trends.
The Position
As anAgriculture Teacher, you will:
Teach Agriculture across Middle and Senior School year levels.
Design and deliver engaging, contemporary learning experiences that foster curiosity, critical thinking and practical skill development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate curriculum and assessment practices.
Support student participation in practical agricultural activities, excursions,



competitions and industry-based learning opportunities.
Contribute to the delivery and ongoing development of the College's viticulture and winemaking programs.
Foster positive relationships with students, families and staff to support academic achievement and wellbeing.
Create inclusive learning environments that cater for diverse student needs and encourage every learner to flourish.
Contribute to the College's pastoral care, co-curricular and wellbeing programs.
Utilise contemporary teaching practices and digital technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Actively participate in the broader life of the College and support its Christian ethos.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold relevant teaching qualifications and current registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia.
Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a passion for Agriculture education.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of contemporary teaching and learning practices.
Have experience teaching Agriculture, Agricultural Science or related subjects.
Possess excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
Be a collaborative team member who values innovation, reflection and continuous improvement.
Have an interest in, or experience with, agricultural enterprises, viticulture and/or winemaking programs.
Demonstrate a commitment to the values and ethos of Faith Lutheran College and Lutheran Education Australia.
