What You'll Do
Support individuals in their homes and community through:
Daily living and household assistance
Community access and transport
Social and recreational participation




Personal care and clinical support
Goal-focused mentoring and wellbeing support
Collaboration with families and allied health teams
Accurate documentation and reporting
Who We're Looking For
You are:
Empathetic and passionate about empowering women
Confident working independently
Reliable, professional and warm
Adaptable in energetic environments
A clear and respectful communicator
What You'll Need
Certificate III (or higher) in a relevant field, or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid & CPR
Blue Card / Yellow Card
QLD Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
Legal right to work in Australia
