We are looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Breakfast Attendant to help create a positive start to our guests' day.This is a front-of-house role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a busy team workplace.What You'll Be DoingProviding warm and professional service to hotel guests and visitorsTaking orders and assisting guests with menu enquiriesPreparing coffees and other hot beveragesDelivering food and beverages efficiently and accuratelyOperating tills and handling paymentsMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentationFollowing food safety, hygiene and RSA requirementsClearing and resetting tables to ensure a welcoming dining environmentAbout YouYou'll bring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Previous restaurant, café or table service experience will be highly regarded.Ideally, you'll have:Experience in a food and beverage, café or restaurant environmentBarista skills or experience preparing coffee and hot beveragesA friendly and approachable personalityThe ability to work efficiently during busy service periodsA strong focus on teamwork and guest experienceAttention to detail and pride in your workAvailabilityThis is a casual position requiring flexibility across a 7-day roster including:Early morning breakfast shiftsPublic holidaysPeak trading periods, including school holidays and summerAs part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process,
