This is a role where precision, accountability and collaboration matter—and where your work directly supports sustainable service delivery across the organisation.About the roleYou'll be an integral part of a high-performing team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of revenue and receivables.
This includes billing, receipting, reconciliations, debt management, and handling Refundable Accommodation Deposits and Ingoing Contributions in line with legislative requirements.You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping standardise processes and lift performance across quality, productivity and cost.What you'll be doingProcess billing journals, credit notes and internal recharge entries with accuracy and timelinessAllocate and reconcile direct deposits and support receipting of paymentsGenerate and distribute client account statements and invoicesManage credit balances, reporting and client refunds within required timeframesSupport weekly settlement processes and direct debit adjustmentsAssist with fee change processes in line with government requirementsProcess Refundable Accommodation Deposits and Ingoing Contributions in compliance with legislationContribute to accurate reconciliation of revenue-related balance sheet accountsMaintain integrity of sub-ledger dataSupport reporting,



data analysis and budgeting inputsIdentify opportunities to maximise revenue and improve processesStakeholder & Team CollaborationRespond to enquiries from internal stakeholders and support cross-functional teamsBuild strong working relationships across the organisationContribute to a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team cultureSupport continuous improvement and standardisation initiativesWhat you'll bringDiploma in Accounting (or equivalent experience)Around 3+ years' experience in a similar finance or receivables roleStrong attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approachExperience processing journals, reconciliations and high-volume transactionsSolid understanding of revenue-related accounting processesStrong communication skills and the ability to work across a complex organisationExperience using ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsAbility to manage sensitive information with discretionIdeally, you'll also have:Experience in a shared services or high-volume transaction environmentExposure to government funding, reporting or subsidy processesExperience working in a regulated environmentWhy Join Uniting?
