You own delegate revenue for a set of events across the calendar.
That means finding the right people inside target organisations, getting them on the phone, understanding what they're trying to solve, and showing them why two or three days in a room with their peers is worth the ticket price and the time out of the office.
This is consultative phone sales, not a script.
Our delegates are senior and time-poor.
You'll do better here if you're genuinely curious about what they do and what they need.
The breadth is the job.
You'll be running several campaigns at once, each with a different audience, and you'll need to get up to speed on a current sector quickly and repeatedly.
You'll work in project teams, not in a silo.
Every event here runs as a cross-functional team — production, marketing, sponsorship, operations and delegate sales working the same campaign to the same deadline.
You'll sit in campaign meetings, feed what you're hearing on the phone back into the agenda and the marketing message, and be accountable to the team for your part of the number.Key responsibilitiesContact targeted prospect lists across corporate, government and industryMake a high volume of outbound calls to senior professionalsManage a pipeline in hubspot and forecast accurately against monthly targetsRebook and grow returning delegate accounts campaign to campaignContribute in campaign team meetings — what's landing, what isn't, and what that means for the agenda and the marketingWork on-site at events, meeting the delegates you've sold to and rebooking them for next yearAbout youExperience in phone-based B2B salesComfort calling senior people,
