Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating stunning landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of landscape construction projectsOversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finishCoordinate and supervise a team of landscapers and organise trades, organising material deliveries, programming works,



operating earthmoving machinery and completing landscape construction duties
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and managementRead and interpret landscape plans and designsOrder materials and manage project budgetsMaintain tools and equipmentProvide training and mentorship to team members
Qualifications
Certificate III in Landscape ConstructionProven experience as a Landscape Gardener (min 2 years)Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and materialsExcellent leadership and communication skillsTime management, strong landscaping and horticulture knowledge, communication skills
Ability to read and interpret landscape plansValid drivers license
