We are seeking Electrical Supervisor responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical work teams workshop based and on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
You will lead a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, support, and hands-on expertise.Key Responsibilities:Plan supervise and coordinate electrical workforce balancing team resources.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture.Provide leadership and support to a team of electricians and apprentices.Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.Liaise with project managers, clients,
and other stakeholders.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Maintain a record of materials onsite and ensure stocks remain available for the continuation of the project.You will be:Qualified electrician with a valid license.Proven experience in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.Excellent leadership and strong written & verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ideally possessing or progressing to electrical contractors license.Proof of right to work in AustraliaAbout Us:MPA Engineering is a leading provider of electrical services, known for our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.
