Rather than operating across a high volume of projects, the business typically delivers a select number of major developments at any one time, allowing its teams to maintain a strong focus on quality, safety and project delivery.With an experienced construction team and a strong pipeline of major residential projects, they are now looking to appoint an experienced HSE Advisor to take responsibility for safety on a significant high‐rise development in the city.The RoleIn this role you will be the standalone HSE Advisor on a landmark multi-storey apartment development, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors to drive HSE performance throughout the build.With the project currently in the early structural stages, you'll have exposure to complex and high‐risk construction activities including formwork, precast, temporary structures and internal climbing crane operations.This is a highly visible site role requiring someone who is confident operating autonomously,



engaging with trades and challenging unsafe practices where required.
