About the RoleReporting to the Group Financial Controller and based in our Perth CBD office, you'll play a key role in a growing and fast-paced business.
This hands-on position combines Accounts Payable processing with team leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across our corporate office and regional operations to ensure a smooth and efficient procure-to-pay process.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the Accounts Payable functionManage supplier relationships and resolve invoice, purchasing and payment queriesInvestigate and resolve PO mismatches and invoice discrepanciesPerform supplier reconciliations and bank reconciliationsWork closely with procurement and operational teams to improve procurement-to-pay processesSupport month-end activities, monitor payment performance & prepare AP reportingContribute to ongoing systems and process improvement initiativesManage goods received not invoicedPrepare payment times reporting submissionsConsolidate monthly AP statisticsProcess supplier invoices, payments,
expense claims and credit card reconciliationAbout YouWe're looking for someone who combines strong technical Accounts Payable expertise with leadership capability and a genuine desire to improve processes.You'll bring:Demonstrated experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment in a leadership capacityInvestigative and analytical mindsetA strong understanding of the full procure-to-pay processExcellent communication skills and confidence engaging with suppliers and stakeholdersA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementA willingness to be hands-on and lead by exampleExperience using Pronto ERPProficiency in IT systems, Excel, Redmap and Eftsure (desirable)Experience within mining, resources, construction or similarly complex operational environments (desirable)Why Join Catalyst?
