Our client, a Commonwealth Government organisation whose focus is to provide support to Australian's living with disability, require the services of aSalesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Sales/Service cloud;Manage & maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management & data cleansing;Monitor & analyse campaign performance & provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
Skills & Experience Required
Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Architecture certification;Strong understanding of CRM systems & processes, specifically Salesforce;Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, & HTML/CSS.
