In this pivotal role, you will be responsiblefor the overall management of the department, ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable, and to ensure that excellent employee/client relations are maintained whilst operating within ethical guidelines.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed recent vehicle sales targetsManage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding resultsFoster a positive, customer-centric sales culture and ensure all team members provide exceptional service to every customerAnalyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed, data-driven decisionsCollaborate with other departments, such as aftercare, service and finance, to optimise the sales process and customer journeyRepresent the dealership at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholdersEnsure all sales activities comply with relevant laws,
