You'll operate with competence, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety and quality on every job, while also playing a key role in sourcing and quoting current work and growing our Service Team.An experienced 4th-year apprentice with strong technical ability will also be considered.Key responsibilitiesComplete a broad range of renewable energy and general electrical installations to a high standard and in accordance with AS/NZS ****, CER, SAA and relevant Australian standardsCarry out all work as a licensed electrician,



ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements at all timesDemonstrate sound electrical knowledge across renewable energy systems and general electrical installationsProvide timely project updates to the Operations Manager and/or Project ManagerOrganise and prepare materials required for upcoming installationsContribute to project process improvements and team efficiencyFollow all WHS obligations, site safety rules, and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and suppliers on siteComplete jobs to deadline while maintaining quality and safety standardsSource and quote for new workAbout youCurrent Electrical Worker LicenceCurrent driver's licenceExcellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service focus and commitment to representing Trill Group professionally on every siteSolid knowledge of renewable energy and general electrical systems and Australian wiring standardsAbility to coordinate tasks, set priorities, and meet strict deadlinesAbility to work independently with minimum supervision as well as providing support within a team environmentAbility to identify issues that arise and ensure they are dealt with in a professional and timely mannerStrong commitment to workplace health and safety and compliance with all relevant standardsAbility to sell, manage and carry out Service work projectsLicense & TicketsConstruction White card, or willingness to obtainAustralian Driver's LicenseHeight Safety ticket, or willingness to obtainFirst Aid Certificate and LV Rescue, or willingness to obtainWe OfferClear pathways for career progression and developmentOngoing training and supportIncentives and performance-based rewardsCompany VehicleWhy Join Trill Group?
