Approximately 95% of interactions are virtual:phone callsvideo meetingsmessaging / emailBut... you will meet clients in personWe regularly hold major events on the Gold Coast (up to 2,500 clients) and around the country.
On special occasions, you'll get the chance to meet clients at these events — some travel may be involved.What you'll actually doRun structured monthly check-ins + annual reviewsHold clients accountable to the strategy they've been givenHelp clients navigate life changes and keep progressing (not regressing)Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Brokerage, Property) for seamless supportSpot risks early (drift, arrears, motivation drop) and take action fastKeep records tight, accurate, and compliant (details matter)What makes Infinity differentWe're not a typical finance company.
