The Position
This is an opportunity to take over an established portfolio with approximately 80% of the properties based in the Northern Suburbs.
You will be supported with additional administration support within the office.




Your responsibilities will include:
Managing an established residential portfolio
Maintaining robust relationships with owners and tenants
Managing maintenance, arrears, renewals and general portfolio matters
Handling more complex tenancy matters including SACAT rulings and tenancy agreements
Ensuring the portfolio is well maintained and managed
Working closely with the wider Property Management team
Using PropertyMe to manage your portfolio
The Criteria
We are looking for an experienced and capable Senior Property Manager who takes ownership of their portfolio and genuinely cares about delivering a good outcome for their clients.
You will ideally have:
Strong residential Property Management experience
Confidence managing more complex tenancy matters
Experience with SACAT and tenancy agreements
A current SA Property Management Registration
A current driver's licence
Strong organisational and communication skills
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team
A reliable, accountable and proactive approach
A genuine care factor for your clients, tenants and team
