You are the point of call from clients that require our assistance when something goes wrong.




Key areas:Problem solving over the phone to understand clients' requirementsEnsure the system is up to date with all requestsCorrect escalation of issues to relevant person through procedural checksDiagnose ATM issuesUpdate clients with the status of their jobsLiaise with field staff to coordinate service callsAre you the one?
