and manage a team of up to 20, including Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Hands and Front of House AttendantsPlan, prepare and oversee production of quality meals for ******* guests dailyEnsure all food meets company, client, and regulatory standardsDevelop seasonal menus, special dietary options, and cost‐effective meal plansManage purchasing, stock control, inventory, and supplier relationshipsMonitor food costs, wastage, labour costs and kitchen budgetsMaintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, WHS and environmental requirementsDeliver staff training, performance management and development programsBuild a positive kitchen culture based on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementSkills, Tickets & ExperienceCertificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality Management (or equivalent)Current Food Safety Supervisor CertificatePrevious experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef or Senior Chef in a FIFO, DIDO, or remote accommodation environmentProven experience leading teams of up to 20Demonstrated ability to deliver high‐volume services of up to 800 meals per serviceStrong leadership, communication, and people management skillsSound working knowledge of HACCP, food safety systems and WHSExperience in menu planning, cost control, budgeting, and inventory managementAbility to maintain quality under pressureCurrent driver's licenceWhat We Offer$130,000+Monday – Friday or 2/1 rosterAccommodation and mealsPermanent full‐timeEqual OpportunityAlpha National Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer who provides an inclusive work environment and embraces the diverse talent of its people.
