Its experienced team works closely with clients and lenders to find practical finance solutions that support business growth.As Magnolia Lane continues to expand, an exciting chance has become available for an experienced State Finance Broker to lead and grow its presence in Victoria.This is a high-autonomy role for an established asset finance professional who enjoys developing trusted relationships, managing the finance process from beginning to end and identifying opportunities to grow a client portfolio.You will have the freedom to manage your market and relationships, while being supported by an experienced national team with extensive industry knowledge, strong lender relationships and an established brand.What you will be responsible forManaging and growing an existing asset finance client portfolioDeveloping new business and referral relationships across VictoriaBuilding strong, long-term relationships with clients, lenders and business partnersManaging finance applications from initial enquiry through to approval and settlementReviewing financial information and structuring appropriate finance solutionsProactively keeping clients informed throughout the application processMaintaining accurate files, CRM records and post-settlement follow-upRepresenting Magnolia Lane at client meetings, industry events and company functionsContributing to the continued growth of the Melbourne businessOver time,

You will not require close supervision, but you will enjoy being part of a collaborative national team that shares knowledge, supports one another and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.To be successful, you will bring:At least eight years' experience in asset or equipment financeA strong understanding of finance applications, lender requirements and deal structuringProven experience managing and growing client relationshipsThe confidence to work independently and make sound commercial decisionsExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approachStrong attention to detail and follow-throughConfidence using CRM systems and other business technologyA relevant qualification in finance, accounting, commerce or a related disciplineJust as importantly, you will be professional, personable and relationship focused.
