The Opportunity
We are seeking an experiencedSolicitortojoin our dynamic Public Liabilities teams.
Reporting to senior leadership, youwill play a key role in managing and resolving client cases, supervising staff,and driving successful outcomes while upholding the firm's high ethical andprofessional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Managea caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
Prepareand review pleadings, Statements of Claim, and other court documents.
Conductlegal research and provide strategic advice on case merits.
Attendconferences, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings with clients andbarristers.
Negotiateand settle claims in line with client instructions.
Maintainregular and clear communication with clients, ensuring superior clientservice.
Superviseand mentor support staff to ensure compliance with firm protocols.
Meetindividual KPIs including file management, client satisfaction, and feebudgets.




Maintaincompliance with all professional obligations, including CPD requirements.
About You
You will bring:
Admissionas a Solicitor in NSW with a current practising certificate.
Minimum3 -5+ years' post-admission experience in personal injury litigation.
Strongadvocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
Aproven track record in achieving successful client outcomes.
Highattention to detail, with excellent organisational and file managementabilities.
Abilityto mentor and supervise junior staff.
Acollaborative approach, aligned with the firm's values and standards.
