They are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.What's on offer?

Your duties will include:End-to-end payroll processing for your assigned pay runs accurately and on timeUtilising time and attendance systems to manage inputs, pay rules, and paymentsAward and EBA interpretation, ensuring correct application of allowances and ratesMaintaining employee data, master files,



and onboarding detailsPerforming month-end reconciliations, standard payroll reporting, PAYG, and EMS filingsAssisting with Year-End reconciliation activitiesManaging and resolving payroll queries escalated from internal stakeholdersAbout you:Proven end-to-end payroll processing experience within a medium to high-volume environmentExperience with Chris21 or iChrisStrong understanding of Australian employment legislation, Contemporary Awards, and EBAsHigh level of accuracy, literacy, numeracy and attention to detailFull and unlimited Australian working rightsAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
