Take ownership of meaningful civil projects while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of regional Queensland.At Amey Australia, we're looking for a Civil Designer who thrives on delivering quality outcomes, enjoys seeing projects progress from concept to completion, and values being part of a collaborative and supportive team.Based in our Rockhampton office, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of land development and civil infrastructure projects while enjoying the benefits of a relaxed regional lifestyle, close to the Capricorn Coast and some of Queensland's best outdoor destinations.About the RoleReporting to the General Manager and working closely with Project Managers and Senior Designers, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality civil design solutions across a range of projects.This is a hands-on position that offers genuine responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on project outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Preparing detailed civil design drawings, calculations, and documentationProducing accurate and compliant designs using 12d Model and AutoCADSupporting project delivery from concept design through to construction documentationCoordinating and maintaining project documentation and drawing registersLiaising with local councils, authorities, clients, and external stakeholdersMonitoring project progress and proactively identifying potential risks and solutionsAssisting in the development and mentoring of Cadet Designers and DraftersCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomesYou'll be trusted to manage your workload, contribute ideas,
