The role is based in Canberra and supports mission-critical systems operating within highly secure Defence environments.This position is ideal for a versatile technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, working across a broad technology stack, and contributing to the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms and services.As a trusted technical specialist, you will play a key role in supporting both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and bespoke applications while partnering with stakeholders to deliver excellent operational outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 3 support and sustainment across a diverse portfolio of applications and platforms.Perform systems administration, application support, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.Investigate and resolve complex issues spanning applications, infrastructure, integrations, and supporting services.Support incident, problem, change, risk,



and security management processes.Engage with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable service outcomes.Identify opportunities for automation, service improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.Contribute to cloud optimisation and workload migration initiatives where appropriate.What You'll NeedDemonstrated experience in application support, systems administration, or application sustainment within enterprise or government environments.Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills across complex technology environments.Experience across several of the following technologies:Windows ServerRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)SharePoint (On-Premises)Java, .
NET, and C#SQL and Cassandra Database AdministrationBlue PrismIIS (Internet Information Services)Apache HTTP ServerApache TomcatTableauEnterprise middleware and integration platformsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Desirable SkillsExperience supporting Defence, National Security, or other secure government environments.Experience supporting large-scale enterprise and mission-critical applications.Exposure to cloud transformation, automation, and modernisation initiatives.Current NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance.Security RequirementsCurrent NV1 Security Clearance as a minimum.NV2 Security Clearance highly regarded.Why Join Us?
