Our Client is a well established Australian organisation with a strong national presence, supporting people and communities through a diverse range of services.
Currently they are seeking a Purchasing Analyst to support within their Business Operations team on a 6 month FTC, commencing mid- October.
You'll support the end-to-end purchasing and procurement lifecycle, working closely with the internal stakeholder and suppliers.About the role:Managing day-to-day procure-to-pay activities, including purchase order, invoice reconciliation and receiptingEnsuring purchasing and billing queries are resolved accurately and within agreed timeframesLiaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve purchasing, purchase requisition, purchase orders,
goods receipt and invoice-related queriesQuality checking and processing of contractsSupporting procurement strategies that deliver cost-effective purchasing outcomesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersProviding reporting, data analysis and general administrative support as requiredWhat you'll bring:Previous experience across purchasing process and Procure-to-payExperience using Coupa or another financial/procurement system is essentialExperience in contract management systemTrained and proficient in process improvement methodologyProficient in Microsoft office 365Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPossesses solid attention to detail with problem solving skillsProven ability to work with a large team or experience in working in fast-paced environmentIf you are experienced purchasing or procurement professional looking for a new opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
