and other stakeholders to resolve compliance matters.Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with council processes.About YouCurrent registration as a Building Surveyor (Limited) or Building Inspector, or eligibility for equivalent registration.Robust working knowledge of the Building Act, Building Regulations, and swimming pool/spa barrier compliance requirements.Confident, professional communication skills, with the ability to manage sometimes difficult compliance conversations.Well organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a caseload independently.Flexible work arrangements available, contract role through to end January ****.
