Make a real difference to the way children and families experience dental care.Bendigo Children's Dentistry is looking for an experienced, motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our team.We are a private paediatric dental practice committed to providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming, supportive and child-focused environment.We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day running of the practice, lead our team and work closely with the Principal Paediatric Dentist to help our practice continue to grow and thrive.About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the people, operations, systems, patient experience and business performance of the practice.Your days will be varied and will include:Leading, supporting and developing our practice teamCoordinating staffing, rosters and leaveSupporting recruitment, onboarding and performance managementMaintaining a positive and accountable workplace cultureMonitoring practice finances, debtors and expensesSupporting efficient appointment book managementManaging suppliers, contractors and practice resourcesEnsuring practice policies and procedures are implementedSupporting workplace health and safety and complianceResponding to patient and family concernsImproving the patient journey and customer experienceSupporting marketing and practice developmentIdentifying opportunities to improve systems and efficiencyWorking closely with the Principal Paediatric Dentist on the strategic direction of the practiceAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:An experienced practice manager,
