They are now looking for an experiencedInsurance Supervisorjoin their team.This role will focus onlarge loss residential claims, managing projects from detailed scoping and estimating through to onsite supervision and completion.You'll be working closely with insurers, trades and homeowners, so they really need someone with very strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesScope,estimateand supervise insurance repair projectsPrepare and submit comparative quotes to insurance partnersReview specialist and trade reportsSchedule trades and manage site deliveryMaintain strong trade and supplier relationshipsAbout YouTrade qualifiedInsurance building experience highly regardedConfident managing projects $150K+Experience in estimating and supervising trades (insurance related preferred)Excellent communication and client management skillsWhat's On OfferHybrid work modelEstablished systems and head office supportKPI incentives and bonus structureModern office and versatile working optionsProjects are primarily across South West Sydney, with occasional travel outside the region.
