REQUIREMENTSMatric, or equivalent qualification 58 years' digital marketing experience, ideally within e-commerce/online retailAt least 2 years of managing the full digital marketing function for a brand or portfolioExperience managing an annual marketing budgetProven ability to demonstrate results by brand and channelStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Merchant CenterStrong Meta advertising experienceExperience building content pipelines and working with creatorsExperience managing email flows and campaigns, ideally using KlaviyoStrong knowledge of GA4 and tag managementExperience developing and managing an SEO strategyPersonally build campaigns, writes copy, manages feeds and produces reportsComfortable testing, analysing and improving activity personallyCommercially focused and highly data-drivenUK or European e-commerce experienceShopify or WooCommerce and CRO experienceCreator/influencer programme experienceGoogle and Meta certificationsDUTIESOwn the digital marketing strategy for each brand and the overall portfolioDevelop annual and seasonal marketing plansAudit performance against digital best practice and prioritise improvements based on commercial impactOwn online revenue growth while managing acquisition costs and profitabilityMonitor MER, CAC, contribution and channel performance and take action based on the dataDefine clear roles and positioning for each brand within the marketPrevent brands from competing against each other in paid searchStructure accounts,
