We're seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our distribution network.
You'll work closely with the sales and product teams to position our solar products effectively in a competitive and quick-evolving market.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and trade channelsManage the company's website, social media, and email marketing activitiesCoordinate product launches, promotions, and trade show/event participationCreate marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and product spec sheetsAnalyse campaign performance and market trends to optimise marketing spendSupport the sales team with lead generation and channel partner marketing materialsManage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media suppliersMonitor competitor activity and industry developments in the solar/renewable energy spaceAssist with budget planning and reporting on marketing ROIAbout youMinimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within solar, renewable energy, trade distribution,



or a related B2B industryProven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaignsStrong copywriting and content creation skillsExperience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms, CMS)Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferredPassion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly regardedExperience working with trade or distribution channel partners is a plusAbout usTrustpower Solar is a leading distributor of solar energy products, supplying high-quality panels, inverters, batteries, and balance-of-system components to wholesalers, and trade partners across Australia.
