We offer co-educational schooling for students in Years 7 to 12 and promote high expectations, respectful relationships, perseverance and inclusivity.About the RoleThe House Leader will play a significant role in promoting and developing a Catholic school community grounded in the Brigidine tradition and guided by the Kildare Ministries values of compassion, justice, hospitality, courage, hope and wonder.The House Leader is responsible for leading and supporting student wellbeing across their House, including the provision of general and targeted pastoral care and overseeing House events.
The role involves working collaboratively with students, parents, Homeroom (TA) teachers, subject teachers and other members of the College community to promote positive student outcomes and ensure a strong sense of belonging.Key responsibilities:Leading student wellbeing and pastoral care within the HouseSupporting the social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing of studentsBuilding positive, respectful and trusting relationships with students, families and colleaguesLiaising effectively with parents and carers regarding student wellbeing, progress and behaviourMaintaining appropriate student discipline and ensuring College expectations are upheldSupporting Homeroom (TA)
