About UsRin Kim Law is a well-established boutique personal injury law firm based in Brisbane CBD, with a strong practice across CTP, WorkCover and public liability matters.Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our team.The RoleYou will manage your own personal injury caseload with the support of an experienced and team-oriented team.Key responsibilities include:Managing CTP, WorkCover and public liability matters from intake to settlementProviding practical legal advice to clientsPreparing for and attending compulsory conferences and settlement negotiationsLiaising with insurers, counsel, medical specialists and other stakeholdersProgressing matters efficiently and maintaining high standards of file managementAbout YouYou will ideally have:4+ years PAE in personal injury lawExperience in CTP,
