The Position




In the role of Junior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Support a highly regarded Senior Property Manager and learn from the best
Organise and attend open for inspections
Manage the leasing and routines of an immaculately maintained portfolio
Take rental enquiries, follow up email, and phone enquiries
Process rental applications and reference check tenants
Prepare lease agreements and sign-up new tenants
Liaise with tenants and landlords throughout the leasing process
Advertise and update property listings online
Ad hoc admin support to the property management team
Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role Junior Property Manager will have:
Experience in a support role within Property Management, whether it be Leasing or Admin
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Proficiency in property management software - Property Tree & Inspection Manager, a bonus!
A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
Immaculate personal presentation
Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
