You will learn how to prospect, identify potential sellers, create appraisal opportunities, build your personal profile and develop the skills required to progress into a sales career.
This isnot a passive administration role.
You'll be expected to prospect consistently, speak confidently with homeowners, stay resilient when people say no and work towards clear activity and performance targets.

What you'll do
Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners
Send messages and follow up prospective clients
Identify homeowners who may be considering selling
Generate and qualify appraisal opportunities
Book qualified appraisal appointments for our Sales Agents
Complete targeted letterbox campaigns across Bendigo and surrounding areas
Keep CRM and prospecting records accurate and up to date
Record conversations, follow-up dates and prospect information
Create regular social media content and build your personal brand
Work towards clear daily and weekly prospecting targets
This role combinesphone-based prospecting, CRM work, content creation and time out on the road completing letterbox campaigns.
Your focus is simple:create conversations, build relationships and generate opportunities.
About you
You do not need previous real estate experience, but you do need:
A genuine desire to build a career in real estate sales
A solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Confidence speaking with people on the phone




The discipline to complete consistent daily prospecting
Resilience when people say no or do not respond
Strong attention to detail
A willingness to be held accountable to activity and appointment targets
Confidence using technology and CRM systems
A positive attitude and openness to coaching
The ability to work independently and contribute to a team
A Victorian Agents Representative Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
Career progression
Client Engagement Associate → Client Engagement Representative → Sales Agent
