Sydney | Multiple Industrial Projects | Senior Commercial Oversight
I am working with an establishedTier 2 Head Contractorlooking to appoint an experiencedSenior Contracts Administratorinto a broader commercial role across its industrial portfolio.
Rather than sitting solely on one project, you will havecommercial oversight across multiple live industrial projects, while supporting and mentoring CAs within the business.
The Role
Support and mentorContracts Administratorsacross project teams
Review procurement, subcontract letting and commercial strategy
Assist teams withvariations, claims, EOTs and contractual issues
Provide consistency acrossforecasting, cost reporting and commercial processes
Work closely with PMs, senior management and the broader commercial team




Identify commercial risk early and support projects through to close-out
About You
ExperiencedSenior CA / Contracts Managerfrom a Head Contractor
Proven experience acrossprocurement, contract letting and commercial management
Comfortable overseeing multiple projects rather than being embedded in one
Solid communicator who canmentor and support junior/intermediate CAs
Commercially sharp, practical and able to work autonomously
This would suit an experienced SCA who enjoys thecommercial side of construction and developing others, and is ready for broader responsibility across a portfolio rather than another single-project CA role.
