Designed to cater to the evolving needs of domestic and international students, it will be one of the most exclusive student accommodations in the country.Key responsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations, taking ownership of key operational areas such as resident engagement, compliance, maintenance coordination, and staff supportSupport the broader accommodation function and contribute to key administrative and management functionsAssume full control, including decision-making authority in the absence of the Accommodation Manager,



ensuring continuity of service and operational efficiencyWork in conjunction with the Accommodation Manager to oversee operations and day-to-day running of the site following EPIISOD policies and proceduresReport directly to the Accommodation Manager of the siteEnsure the site is achieving its business objectives in all areas and the delivery of day-to-day operationsEnsure that quality and service within the site is maintained to agreed standards, with consideration made to the site's residents, visitors, and primary stakeholdersManage key areas within the role: Operations, Facilities Management, Sales and Marketing and Resident LifeAbout youMinimum 5 years' experience in operational management within student accommodation, hospitality, or a similar residential sectorA degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred but not essentialPre-opening experience is an advantageProven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively, coordinate teams, and build robust relationships at all levelsMature, confident, and highly professional with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as database management systems such as StarRezProactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
