Job Description
Access Living Care Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate disability support worker to assist an NDIS participant near the Australian National University (ANU) in the ACT.
The role involves person-centred support, community access, and promoting independence in a supportive home and community setting.
You will work closely with the participant to follow their support plan, maintain safety, and document shift notes while reporting concerns promptly.
