Seven nights a week.We're looking for someone who understands that a great floor is built by a great operator; one who leads from within it, develops the team around them, and takes genuine ownership of the result every single night.The RoleYou'll be the Venue Manager's closest operational partner and the person who holds the room when they're focused elsewhere.
You'll develop and lead the floor supervisors, manage the roster, drive commercial performance, and ensure the standards set at the top of the organisation are visible at every table on every shift.This role includes:Leading FOH operations as Manager on Duty across serviceBuilding, coaching, and holding the Floor Supervisor team to a high standardDriving upselling, service quality,
