We are looking for an experiencedDispatch & Packing Operatorto take ownership of our dispatch area and ensure every order leaves our factory safely, accurately and to the highest standard.
This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Packing finished products into boxes and onto pallets ready for transport.
Wrapping and securing freight to prevent damage during transit.
Completing a final quality inspection before every order is dispatched.
Identifying and reporting any defects, damage or missing items before they leave the factory.
Ensuring orders are correctly labelled and matched to dispatch paperwork.
Loading and unloading trucks when required.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe dispatch area.
Working closely with our production team to ensure customer deadlines are met.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing or manufacturing.
Experience packing products for freight with a high level of care.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical fitness suitable for manual handling.
A current forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
