From our Sydney restaurants to our international locations, we've built a strong reputation for great food, great service and a great team culture.
We're looking for experiencedFront of House Supervisors to join our team and help lead the next generation of Hurricane's Grill staff.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting & coordinating the FOH team during busy services
Helping team members deliver friendly and efficient guest service
Assisting with staff training and onboarding
Ensuring tables, service areas and FOH presentation are maintained to a high standard
Assisting with guest requests and feedback
Supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations




Leading by example and jumping in wherever needed
What We're Looking For:
2+ years' experiencein restaurant supervision
A genuine passion forhospitality and people
Confident, friendly and positive personality
Solid communication and leadership skills
Good food and wine knowledge
Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
CurrentRSA
Most importantly, we want someone whoenjoys working with people, takes pride in great service and brings positive energy to the team.
