Key aspects of the role include timetabling, daily organisation and scheduling, the coordination of the school's digital student management systems,



and the ongoing development of innovative approaches to student data tracking and monitoring processes.
The Administration Coordinator position is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.
You'll bring:expertise in your subject area with strong classroom management and student well-being focushigh level expertise and knowledge of Edval and Compassdemonstrated capacity to lead and manage complex whole-school administrative systemshighly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and coordinate whole-school operationshighly developed leadership skills with the capacity to build staff capability, manage change and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementdemonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a key member of the leadership team to implement the College's Strategic Improvement Plan and achieve measurableimprovements in student growth, achievement and post-school pathwaysa tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation.Any offer of employment with Sydney Catholic Schools is subject to screening completed by the Central Office People & Culture Services team.If you encounter technical issues or for any general enquiries please contact the People & Culture Services team on ************** (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri).
