The role focuses on teaching patients and carers to perform home haemodialysis for end-stage renal disease, while providing clinical support and ensuring quality care in outpatient settings.
You will train patients on the Fresenius **** system, deliver ongoing telehealth or home visits, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise treatment outcomes.
